At EnoughCS, we believe in transformation through compassionate, comprehensive care. Founded by CEO Kelley Ross and a dedicated team of seasoned clinicians, our agency emerged from a shared vision: to fill the critical gaps in behavioral healthcare and create a treatment environment where dignity, respect, and individualized care are not just ideals, but daily practices.
Our name, "EnoughCS," reflects our fundamental belief that enough is enough – it's time for a different approach to behavioral healthcare. We've witnessed the limitations of traditional systems and have united to pioneer a more holistic, client-centered model of care. We understand that every individual's journey is unique, whether they're seeking recovery, managing mental health challenges, or working toward reintegration into society.
Our Leadership team at Enoughcs was founded as a partnership, born from the shared vision of CEO Kelley Ross-Hopkins and her brother who believed in the possibility of transforming behavioral healthcare. Our Chief Financial Officer, who brings the unique perspective of being both a veteran and a peer support specialist, exemplifies our commitment to combining lived experience with professional expertise. Our Clinical Manager and Clinical Supervisors bring nearly two decades of specialized experience in behavioral health and re-entry services to our leadership team. They demonstrated exceptional expertise in working with mental health, substance abuse, homelessness, and diverse populations, providing comprehensive mental health services. As Clinical Manager, Todd continues to advance our mission of delivering high-quality, personalized mental health services while maintaining the highest standards of professional care.
Our dedicated staff includes experienced peer support specialists, with lived experience in supporting individuals through their struggles. Our clients benefit from comprehensive care through our partnership with Hygge Psychiatric, which provides a full spectrum of mental health services. This collaboration ensures seamless access to mental health medication management and medical assisted treatment (MAT), creating an integrated approach to address both substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Complementing these clinical services, we've established a valuable partnership with Phoenix Recovery Support Services to deliver specialized peer support programming.
This collaboration strengthens our recovery community while also providing expert supervision and oversight for our integrated housing programs, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance in all residential services.
Our Approach At Enoughcs, we reject the artificial separation of mental health and substance use treatment. We are proud to hold both Ohio Mental Health Outpatient treatment and Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Treatment certification license along with Joint Commission accreditation, allowing us to provide integrated, comprehensive care. Our services include:
Integrated mental health and substance use treatment
Flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend appointments
Both telehealth and in-person services
Community-based treatment options
Access to supportive housing for both mental health and addiction recovery
Medication management and evaluation
Specialized reentry and reintegration services
We recognize the growing need for quality behavioral health services in this community. Some of our team members have deep roots here, and we're all committed to being part of the solution to the mental health and addiction challenges facing our neighbors.
Our Philosophy: We operate on the principle that there are no "bad clients" – only opportunities to provide better, more personalized care. We believe in multiple pathways to recovery and sustainable, holistic living. Our commitment to matching clients with the right clinicians reflects our understanding that therapeutic relationships are fundamental to successful outcomes.
Looking Forward: As we grow, we remain committed to our founding principles: providing exceptional care, maintaining high professional standards, and continually improving our services. We welcome new team members who share our passion for client-centered care and our belief in the dignity and potential of every individual we serve.

The Academy of Hope & Healing
Kelley Ross Hopkins founded Enough CS Community Behavioral Health on a simple conviction: that everyone deserves a real chance at recovery, including the people other providers turn away. With more than 23 years of personal recovery experience and two decades of clinical work at the Cleveland Clinic, Kelley brings a rare combination of lived understanding and professional depth to everything Enough CS does.
A licensed chemical dependency counselor and certified peer recovery supporter, she built Enough CS from the ground up as a Joint Commission–accredited agency committed to serving the whole person—including justice-involved individuals and others too often left without options. Through The Enough Foundation, she also oversees recovery and supportive housing programs that give clients a stable foundation to rebuild their lives.
Kelley’s leadership is grounded in the belief that recovery is possible for anyone, and that no one is ever beyond hope.
Larry Ross brings a lifetime of discipline, integrity, and steady leadership to his role as Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Enough CS Community Behavioral Health. A veteran of 17 years of military service, Larry learned early the values that still define his work today—accountability, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way. He carries a remarkable record of 37 years of uninterrupted service in the workforce, including a long career with Frito-Lay, a testament to the dependability and work ethic he brings to everything he touches.
His gift for managing money is something he’s carried his whole life—a natural, hard-earned skill that now anchors the financial health of Enough CS. From budgeting and revenue cycle oversight to long-term strategy, Larry’s stewardship gives the clinical and program teams the stable foundation they need to focus on what matters most: helping people recover.
Beyond his financial leadership, Larry serves as a Peer Recovery Supporter, drawing on his own lived experience to walk alongside veterans facing trauma. He understands that recovery is personal, and he meets people where they are—with patience, honesty, and hope. Larry embodies the founding belief at the heart of Enough CS: that everyone deserves the chance to recover, and that no one is beyond hope.
